My EDGE project was to start a business selling and assembling wooden LDS temple clocks, as well as creating an uplifting platform for people to enjoy. Ultimately, this project will allow me to apply what I have been learning from my business degree to my new business.

I believe this project sets me apart from other students in my major because normally students will start with an internship and then gain job positions in that company or a similar company. But I have been able to create a unique experience specifically for me as I have been able to overcome obstacles, learn new things, and gain insight through my experiences. I also started this business during the semester which allows me to take what I learn from my classes each day and apply it to furthering my business.

     

My deliverables are a finished clock, the official website, and the social media pages (Facebook and Instagram). These can be found through my website: ourhomedivine.com; the "shop" page will show images of finished clocks. At the very bottom of the site you will be able to find links to our Facebook and Instagram pages.
